ABOUT ME

I am a recent Wellesley College graduate based in Brooklyn, NY. I graduated with my B.A. in Media Arts & Sciences, which honed my expertise in Social Computing and Information Science, particularly their intersection with Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Communication Studies, and Public Health.

My experience combines academic research with media production, allowing me to translate valuable information into tangible experiences. I have a strong desire to leverage my knowledge of Social Computing to create impactful tools that effectively communicate valuable information to a wider audience. This aligns with my core belief that everyone deserves access to research-driven insights that can positively impact their daily lives.

I am currently working as an Education Coordinator at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Complex Joint Reconstruction Center at the Hospital for Special Surgery. My role at the SNF CJRC is multi-faceted, allowing me to create educational tools for both surgeons and patients. For patients, I help create engaging educational content to help them understand their care. I work closely with our surgeons to facilitate their ongoing research projects. Additionally, I manage the development of our digital media library of high-quality surgical media.

When I am not researching or creating, I am making monoprints, listening to podcasts, or watching Survivor.
